H. has been a part of Square One from the beginning helping us grow from the first bottle. He seeded the market by opening accounts in a sales capacity, first in San Francisco and then around the country. As our sales and distribution infrastructure grew he began to focus more on building community amongst the bartending community nationally, via seminars, guest bartending appearances, cocktail dinners, staff trainings, bar consulting and distributor sales trainings. When it came time to grow the product portfolio he contributed to our product development, created the cocktails we would market for the launches and hit the road convincing the trade of our value proposition. He helped us launch the brand in Europe by training top bartenders in London and he played a key role in developing the organic cocktail trend and use of fresh produce in drinks; not just for Square One, but for cocktail culture in general.
